Customers have been asking me to offer custom cloaks to complement the custom ritual robes I have been creating for over 5 years. Your wish is my command!

These cloaks will work well over other ritual clothing or even jeans and a t-shirt. Whether you're Wiccan, Pagan, or a Witch, magickal garb can help you shed the mundane during your next ritual.

Some people might call this piece of ritual clothing a cape, others might call it a cloak. My feeling is that the name is not all that important. What is important is that you are investing in a high-quality handcrafted custom cloak (or cape!) that has been created especially for you by me with care and spiritual reverence.

Please Note: The "Your chest size" measurements may seem small but please take note of the finished garment measurements and you will see the cloaks are quite roomy!

The cloak length is measured from the base of the back of the neck.

Custom Cloak Fabric Weights

These are descriptions of fabrics I prefer to use for each fabric type. Actual fabric used will depend on availability but will be of similar weight and quality.

Lightweight - shirt-weight 100% cotton (the material is opaque but the lighter colors tend to be "see through")
Mid-weight - bottom- or pants-weight 100% cotton twill
Wool - suit-quality 100% wool gabardine or 100% wool flannel (both material feel soft, must be dry cleaned)

Custom Cloak Finishing Touches

Braid - measures 3/8" or 1/2" and is made from blended materials usually cotton, rayon, and acetate
Symbols - approximately 5"-9" in diameter (depending on location), created from your choice of cotton or satin and machine embroidered onto the cloak. If you would like a symbol not offered on the site, email a jpeg and provide your personal specifications. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the symbol.

Neck closure
- Hook & Eye - A small clasp on the inside of the neck at the top of the neck slit, not generally visible
- Braid Frog Closure - 3 loop frog measures approximately 1 3/4" x 3 1/2" (available in black, white, ivory, navy, red, gold, and silver). Chevron style measures 3/4" x 3 1/2" (available in black, white, gold and silver). Sometimes certain styles are unavailable in a particular color, sometimes other styles will be available to you. If this occurs, I will notify you by email and attach photos of what is available. Please specify style and color preference in the Comments box.

- Metal Clasp Closure – There are several styles available in both gold-tone and silver-tone metal. Sometimes certain styles are unavailable but I will notify you by email if that occurs.

Lining
- Hood - If your custom cloak has a hood I will line it for free.
- Body - Lining the body of the cloak is a great value as it will make your cloak fully reversible! Note that braid frog closures and metal clasp closures will still only be on the primary side of the cloak. Adding a capelet will prevent reversibility.
Capelet - Created from the same material as the cloak. It is double-layered and attached to the cloak.

Custom Cloaks FAQs

Are these custom cloaks really custom made?

Yes, each and every cloak is made to order by my two hands (and sewing machines). The entire process from purchasing materials to construction begins once I receive your order. Your custom cloak is created in my magickal home studio giving it that certain magickal something that can't be found in mass produced clothing.

How long will it take to receive my custom cloak

Usually it takes about 2-4 weeks for the creation process. There are certain times of year when I get extremely busy however. Please refer to the expected ship date above for the latest information. I ship USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-4 days depending on where you live. If you are desperate and need your custom cloak in a hurry you can request a rush and I will do my best to accommodate you. There is a $50.00 charge for rush orders. Please don't ask for exceptions because I am weak and give in too easily and we all end up suffering for it.

What should I do if I still have questions?

Why can't I see the Custom Cloak feature?

Not being able to see the Custom Cloak feature is usually due to very high security settings in your browser. This feature uses Flash and is completely safe (and quite fun!). To change your browser settings (for Internet Explorer) choose Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Security tab and set the security slider to Medium-High. This should clear up the problem. If it does not, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.
