SPECIAL NOTE

The moment you have all been waiting for has arrived! I will once again be officially accepting custom robe orders beginning March 1, 2012. If you are interested in ordering one of my custom robes here are a few things you should know:

• I have a certain quantity of material in a wide range of colors BUT once my supply is gone I will not be reordering. What does that mean? Well, if you have your heart set of a particular color combination you should order as soon as possible.
• I also have many material weights (light, medium, heavy, stretch, wool, etc.) but again these are limited. At the time of your order I will let you know what is available.
• I have a very limited supply of certain colors like purples, blues, and greens. Within these color palettes I have different shades available but will only be able to create 1-2 robes out of each of these shades.
• Many of the colors I have available are not listed in the Build-a-Robe interface for two reasons: 1. It is impossible to fit all the choices into that tiny box; and 2. My husband would shoot me if he had to change the colors all the time. When you place an order for a blue robe for instance, I will contact you via email with several shades of blue material options and material weight options to choose from.
• I plan to run special incentives for colors that I can only make 1 or 2 robes from. These may be discounts on the total purchase or extra braid at a reduced rate. Be sure to read all the details each month.
• Please remember that me, myself, and I are my only staff. I do my best to keep my sewing schedule as short as possible for my clients but I also have a family that depends on me and other life obligations. Please do not ask me to make exceptions to the schedule. If you need you robe by a certain date please contact me prior to ordering.
• I will do my best to keep an accurate list of what is no longer available on the Build-a-Robe landing page and also remove the features from the interface itself. Again, if you are looking for something in particular please contact me before ordering.
• I have always tried to work with my community by accepting layaway payments and holding dates on promises however, please understand that due to my limited supply I can no longer offer these luxuries.

Ritual Robe Fabric Weights

• Lightweight - shirt-weight 100% cotton (the material is opaque but the lighter colors tend to be "see through")
  
  
• Mid-weight - bottom- or pants-weight 100% cotton twill
  
  
• Wool - suit-quality 100% wool gabardine or 100% wool flannel (both material feel soft, must be dry cleaned)

Ritual Robe Finishing Touches

• Standard neck closure - hook and eye sewn on the inside of neck at the top of the neck slit
  
  
• Belt - 3/8" to 1/2" rope style cording made from rayon, 9' length is measured and then tied at the ends
  
  
• Braid - measures 3/8" or 1/2" and is made from blended materials usually cotton, rayon, and acetate
  
  
• Symbols - approximately 7"-9" in diameter, created from coordinating or contrasting material and machine embroidered onto the garment. If you would like a symbol not offered on the site, email a jpeg and provide your personal specifications. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the symbol.

• Overlays - Both the mantle and the tabard are fully lined. If you like, you can choose a contrasting lining and use these as reversible garments. Please make your lining color request in the Extras tab of the Build-A-Ritual Robe interface. The mantle has a front slit opening with hook and eye closure. The tabard pulls over your head and is open down both sides. Both garments may have symbols added to them on the front or back.
  
  
• Side Seam Pockets - deep pockets set into each side seam and are not visible from the outside
  
  
• Lined sleeves - material can be cotton, satin, or polyester lining material. Please specify if you have a preference.
  
  
• Alternate Hood Lining Color - all hoods are lined, this feature give you the option of choosing a different color to accent your robe. Please specify color choice in the Comments box.
  
  
• Braid Frog Closure - 3 loop frog measures approximately 1 3/4" x 3 1/2" (available in black, white, ivory, navy, red, gold, and silver). Chevron style measures 3/4" x 3 1/2" (available in black, white, gold and silver). Sometimes certain styles are unavailable in a particular color, sometimes other styles will be available to you. If this occurs, I will notify you by email and attach photos of what is available. Please specify style and color preference in the Comments box.

  3 Loop Frog Available in: Black, White, Red, Navy, Gold

  5 Loop Frog Available in: Black

  Chevron Frog Available in: Black

  Knotwork Frog Available in: Black, White, Ivory

• Metal Clasp Closure – There are several styles available in both gold-tone and silver-tone metal. Sometimes certain styles are unavailable but I will notify you by email if that occurs.
